Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 rotational on-duty requirements
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Mentor junior technicians and provide on-site leadership
- Document service reports and maintain client communication logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Expertise in backflow prevention, water heaters, and pipe fitting
- Proven emergency response and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
