Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with site preparation and project tasks
- Safely operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) as directed
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to ensure site safety and compliance
- Support team members with material handling and basic construction tasks
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with flexible availability
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
