Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to ensure quality work
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines and safety goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to site supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
