Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Site Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the work area hazard-free.
- Documentation: Assist with basic site tracking and reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
