Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material preparation and site setup
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management per OSHA standards
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and light equipment safely
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work zone
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in teams
