Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate weekend project timelines with minimal business disruption
- Lead safety inspections and ensure adherence to OSHA/California regulations
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and technical skills

Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman or Master certification
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with weekend shift scheduling and flexibility
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with energy-efficient and smart home systems preferred
