Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Support demolition, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn new equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for early morning starts
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- No formal experience required; training on-site
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with short breaks
