Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform general labor tasks such as painting, sanding, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy labor for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
