Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic construction equipment (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job locations
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for early morning shifts (5:30 AM start)
- Basic hand tool proficiency preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
