Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform basic site layout and measurement tasks
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work environments
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver's License (required)
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
