Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup duties
- Safely operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and ensure organized storage at job sites
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Support team collaboration to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to San Francisco job sites
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctuality
- Basic communication skills for team coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- No prior experience required—training provided on-site
