Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Perform physical labor tasks like digging, shoveling, lifting materials (up to 50 lbs), and operating hand tools
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks under supervision
- Complete daily reporting and inventory tracking for assigned materials
- Adapt to changing project demands and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
