Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and grading operations
- Handle materials loading/unloading and equipment operation (forklifts, jackhammers)
- Install/repair infrastructure components (pipes, foundations, scaffolding)
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades on multi-disciplinary projects
- Perform debris removal and site cleanup daily
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, concrete mixers) efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
