Responsibilities
- Assist Skilled Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, and masons with daily tasks and material handling.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials on-site and in the yard efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools as directed by a supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work on feet for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic measurements and calculations.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of construction professionals.
