Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnosis: Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and drainage problems, to provide effective solutions.
- Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layout.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and service to clients, explaining technical issues in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and pipe fitting equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Transportation: Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle for job site travel.
