Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and concrete work.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from the job site.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and foremen.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and PPE usage.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
