Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform general cleanup duties and site maintenance as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on uneven terrain.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and a willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety signage.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
