As a laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various tasks.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform demolition tasks and general site cleanup as directed.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for installation.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but training is provided.
- Safety Conscious: Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the crew.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license is preferred.
