Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and setup.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work area, including debris removal and site sweeping.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Preparation: Perform site preparation duties such as digging, shoveling, and setting up temporary structures.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated beginners willing to learn.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Attitude: Strong team player with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Tools: Basic understanding of construction tools and safety gear.
