Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols strictly
- Load/unconstruction equipment and materials
- Maintain organized job sites and waste management
- Complete basic carpentry, masonry, or concrete tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Memphis
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, levels)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
