Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site prep, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for precise execution
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under guidance
- Support concrete work, framing, and finish carpentry tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Basic construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
