Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform basic carpentry, masonry, or concrete work under supervision
- Operate hand tools and power tools after proper training
- Support team members to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
