Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain organized job sites by sorting materials and removing debris
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support team members with lifting, carrying, and installing construction materials
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate task updates to supervisors
- Adhere to local building codes and company quality standards
Qualifications
