Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light machinery under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
- Support various tasks including demolition, excavation support, and finishing work
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – full training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Northern Virginia
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
