Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform excavation, demolition, and cleanup tasks
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Report hazards or equipment issues to site managers
Qualifications
- No construction experience required – full training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
- Basic math and measurement skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided upon hire)
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
