Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools from trucks.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and digging.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
