Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Help with basic measurements and layout tasks as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with the crew.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Must be punctual and ready to start immediately.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
