Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with setup, cleanup, and general site maintenance.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and transport them to job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
