Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily project tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging, and setting up temporary structures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance to keep the work area organized and safe.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous experience in construction, general labor, or landscaping is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
