Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations and setups.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work site.
- Prepare job sites by digging, clearing debris, and setting up barriers.
- Transport tools and supplies between storage areas and work zones.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
