Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (framing, concrete, demolition)
- Prepare and clean job sites daily
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Transport debris and maintain organized workspaces
- Complete minor repairs as directed

Qualifications
