Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including material handling, debris removal, and ground clearing
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with material transport and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory tracking
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for on-site shifts
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check
