Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety protocols
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, and fixtures
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of service orders
- Provide clear documentation of work performed and material usage
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper tool maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience in residential/commercial settings
- Proven expertise with blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
