Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs efficiently.
- Wiring & Systems: Install and maintain wiring systems, lighting fixtures, outlets, and circuit breakers in compliance with local and national codes (NEC).
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of work performed and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Documentation: Accurately complete job site reports and time logs to ensure accurate billing and payroll processing.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and safety of the company vehicle and tools.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License required. Apprentice licenses considered with significant experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Tools: Must provide own personal hand tools (tools are often reimbursed or supplied by company for specific large equipment).
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driving record and a current Driver's License.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
