Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Perform basic site preparation, including moving materials and cleaning work areas.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Interact professionally with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment under supervision.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—just a strong desire to learn a trade.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
