Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by laying out materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, fastening fixtures, and mounting outlets.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Document daily work activities and material usage accurately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for eager learners; formal apprenticeship is not mandatory to apply.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in various environments.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable personal transportation.
- Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work part-time hours as scheduled.
