Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, toilets, faucets, and drainage systems.
- Perform emergency repairs and routine maintenance calls during assigned night hours.
- Adhere strictly to all local Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Document all work performed and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the site.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools to ensure the truck is stocked and ready for the shift.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and on-call managers.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven plumbing experience.
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions and navigate job sites safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
