Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Provide hands-on support during residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
- Site Prep: Prepare work areas, including digging, drilling, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Basic Measurements: Help with reading blueprints and taking basic measurements for electrical projects.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and securing tools.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and report low stock to the warehouse team.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero experience; a strong desire to learn is the only requirement.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and counting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Tool Familiarity: Prior exposure to hand tools is a plus but not required.
