Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work is compliant with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Deep understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and understand complex electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physically fit and able to work in various conditions, including climbing ladders and bending.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
