Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide detailed explanations of work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the proper care of tools and equipment.
- Assist in emergency repairs and weekend call-outs when scheduled.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
