Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and technical issues.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including voltage testers, drills, and conduit benders.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification in Washington State.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
