- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, panel upgrades, and fixture installations
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and report project progress
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical expertise
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (climbing, confined spaces)
