Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
- Keep work areas organized and safe for the team.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
