Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Perform safety inspections and troubleshoot faults
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers
- Complete detailed work reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrician license (Journeyman or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Seattle building codes
