Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics for electrical faults
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Collaborate with project teams for seamless task coordination
- Document work completion and maintain safety logs
- Provide excellent customer service and project updates
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/tool proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Background check and drug test required
