Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater installations per code requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of service calls
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for high-value clients
- Document all work with digital reporting systems for compliance tracking
Qualifications
- Michigan state plumbing license (Journeyman level)
- 3+ years verifiable plumbing experience with residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical aptitude
