Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver optimal solutions
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain inventory records
Qualifications
- Texas State Plumbing License (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Background check and drug test required
