Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and sewer line inspections using specialized equipment
- Provide accurate cost estimates and detailed service reports to clients
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes for all installations and repairs
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles for optimal efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience with valid Indiana plumbing license
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of residential/commercial systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Certification in backflow prevention preferred
