Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, sump pumps, and sewer lines
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate service options clearly to homeowners
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and properly service plumbing equipment
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts
Qualifications
- Texas plumbing license (or apprentice license with journeyman supervision)
- Minimum 2 years residential plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic skills for common plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with standard plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
