Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on water heaters, pipes, and drainage systems
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, appliances, and water treatment systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with homeowners
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License or Journeyman certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
